Domestic & International Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time:

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Pre-Orders are shipped on specified dates. We will always communicate the ship date with you via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Return Policy

Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, however we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please include your receipt or packing slip.

Consumable products are not returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Once passed the approved stage, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable
